I used Bentley Pugh for a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) level 2 survey on a prospective house purchase and they provided an excellent service.
Their senior survey David was very professional, knowledgable, and thorough.
David’s report has educated us on quite a few things about period housing and on what to look out for in our property searches. His survey was important, as otherwise we would have completed the transaction and bought a house with multiple serious hidden defects (whereas on the face of it the property looked immaculate with its new, high specification decorations and fittings).
I would definitely come back should I require surveying service again, would definitely recommend Bentley Pugh to others reading this review.
